MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 c. sifted flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. cocoa
1 c. milk
1/2 c. Crisco vegetable oil (must use Crisco oil)
2 eggs
1 c. very strong coffee, 3 tsp. instant to 1 c. water

Using an electric mixer, add and mix together all the above ingredients in large bowl, ADDING COFFEE LAST! The batter will be very runny. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour batter in 2 square greased cake pans and bake for 35 minutes. Serve with an icing made from cream cheese frosting.
