PORCUPINES 
4 c. tomato juice
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. ground lean beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 egg
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1 sliced green pepper

Combine tomato juice, allspice, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, celery salt and brown sugar; cover and simmer for 10 minutes. In a separate bowl add rest of ingredients, except the green pepper, and mix well. Form into 1-1/2 inch balls; place in a 4 quart baking dish and pour tomato sauce over. Add the green pepper. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6.
