CHOCOLATE MOUSSE PIE 
Baked 9 inch pie shell
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi sweet chocolate pieces (1 c.)
1 egg
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. rum
2 egg whites
1 1/4 c. heavy cream
1/2 sq. unsweetened chocolate

Melt semi sweet chocolate pieces over hot, not boiling water. Remove from water. Beat in whole egg and yolks, one at a time, add rum. Beat whites until they form peaks when beater is raised. Fold in 1 cup cream, whipped and egg yolk mixture. Spoon into shell. Refrigerate until well chilled.

Serve, topped with 1/4 cup whipped cream, shave on unsweetened chocolate. Makes 1 (9 inch) pie.
