PAT'S PRIMO PASTA SAUCE 
1 lb. ground lamb or beef
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
6 oz. water
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. oregano flakes
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. basil
1 (7 oz.) pkg. pasta shells or spaghetti

Brown meat and drain. Add all other ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. Pour over pasta which has been prepared according to box. Serve with buttered toast sprinkled with garlic salt.
