2/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
4 c. peeled, cored and sliced apples
1 Pet Ritz deep dish pie crust shell
1/2 c. self rising flour
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar

Preheat oven and baking sheet to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, combine sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg; mix well. Add apple slices and mix until apples are evenly coated; spoon into pie shell. For crumb topping, in a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup flour, butter, and brown sugar until crumbly. Sprinkle topping over apples. Place pie on preheated baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes. Allow to cool 1 hour before serving.
