CHICKEN FAJITAS 
3 tbsp. white wine
6 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Flour tortillas
Sour cream
Grated cheese
Pico de gallo
Diced tomatoes

Boil wine 1-2 minutes and add butter, soy sauce and garlic powder. Dip chicken in mixture and grill until done. Cut in thin strips. Place a few pieces in a tortilla and garnish as you like.
