2 c. fresh basil
2 cloves garlic
1/2 c. pine nuts
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. Romano cheese
3/4 - 1 c. olive oil

Blend first 5 ingredients. Add oil gradually until blended. Pour over hot pasta or vegetables.
