BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
8 eggs, slightly beaten or equivalent egg substitute
6 slices bread, cubed
1 lb. sausage, cooked and crumbled
2 c. milk
2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard

Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan. refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Serves 8.
