CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
1 env. D-Zerta chocolate pudding
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1 tsp. instant coffee
2 1/2 c. milk
2 c. whipped topping

In saucepan mix pudding, gelatin, coffee and milk. Cook and stir until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Chill. Fold in the whipped topping.

Pour into 4 dishes.
