CHOCOLATE FUDGE FROSTING 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. light corn syrup
1 tbsp. butter
2 squares unsweetened chocolate

Mix ingredients in saucepan. Cover and cook until mixture boils. Remove cover and cook without stirring until a little mixture dropped in cold water forms a soft ball. Remove from heat and cool. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and beat until thick enough to spread. When too thick to spread add a little cream as needed. When too thin, add sifted confectioners' sugar.
