MOTHER'S GREEN BEANS | |
Fresh green beans, snapped Diced potatoes 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 pt. sour cream Sm. amount of fill Cook onion until transparent. Add just enough water to cover beans. Simmer beans, onion and potatoes until tender. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Add 1 pint of sour cream and dill. Mix and reheat, watching so sour cream doesn't curdle. Good German beans! |
