CHOCOLATE CHIP CUPCAKES 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. cocoa

Mix dry ingredients.

1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix wet ingredients.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 c. chocolate chips (added last)

Mix the dry ingredients; mix the wet ingredients. Then mix them together. Make the filling and allow it to stand for 5 minutes. Fill the cupcake pans 1/2 full of first mixture. Then add 1 teaspoon filling to the center of each. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
