CREAM CHEESE AND CHOCOLATE CHIP
CUPCAKES
 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. boiling water
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
Chocolate chips

Mix flour, 1 cup sugar, soda, salt, oil, cocoa, buttermilk, water, 1 egg and vanilla. Fill cupcake tins 1/3 full. Mix cream cheese, 1 egg and 1 cup sugar. Put 1 tablespoon cream cheese mixture on top of each cupcake batter. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
