GREEN CHILI SAUCE 
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. onion, minced
1 c. diced green chili

Saute garlic and onion in oil until tender. Blend in flour and stir until lightly browned. Add water, salt, and chili and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve over enchiladas, hamburgers and other recipes calling for green chili sauce.
