TROPICAL YOGURT SNACK 
1 pkg. (4 serving size) sugar free Jello brand Hawaiian pineapple flavor gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
Ice cubes
1 container (8 oz.) plain lowfat yogurt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. boiling water

Pour boiling water into blender. Add gelatin and blend until dissolved, about 1 minute. Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1 cup. Add to gelatin and stir with spoon until ice is almost melted. Then blend in yogurt and vanilla. Pour into dessert glasses. Chill; soft-set and ready to eat in 30 minutes. Makes 5 serving. 35 calories per serving.
