BROILED SALMON 
3 (1 inch thick) salmon steaks
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. white wine
1 tsp. dill
6 lemon wedges

Arrange salmon in flame-proof pan. Melt butter; add wine and dill. Baste salmon with 1/2 of butter and dill mix. Broil 10 minutes. Turn steaks and pour on remaining mixture. Broil for an additional 5 minutes or salmon flakes easily. Serve with lemon wedges.
