1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
1/4 lb. butter (1 stick)
1 clove Crushed Garlic
Milk (small amount)

Allow cheese and butter to become room temperature. Mix together adding garlic and flour. Add enough milk to help form into a ball. Chill 1 hour.

Roll onto floured surface and cut into fish shapes and bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until slightly brown.

Makes 2-3 dozen.
