HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cubed chicken, cooked
2 c. thin sliced celery
1 c. toasted bread crumbs
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. toasted almonds
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 c. toasted bread cubes or crushed potato chips

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Mix all ingredients except cheese and second cup crumbs-chips. Pile lightly into individual baking dishes. Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs-chips. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until bubbly. 6 servings.
