SOUR MILK BISCUITS 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
3 1/2 tbsp. shortening
1 c. full running over sour milk

Sift flour, baking powder, salt, and soda together in mixing bowl. Cut in shortening. Add milk and stir briskly. Scrape out on floured board. Knead lightly, roll out about 1/2" thick and cut into biscuits.

Bake 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
