3 CHEESE CHICKEN BAKE 
8 oz. lasagna noodles
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
3 tbsp. butter
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. milk

Cook noodles and drain. Cook onion, bell pepper, mushrooms in butter until tender. Stir in milk and soup. Lay 1/2 the noodles in 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with half of each of sauce, cottage cheese, chicken, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan. Repeat layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
