PEACH DESSERT 
1 (16 oz.) can sliced cling peaches, drained
1/2 c. soft butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1 egg
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Cut each peach into 3 or 4 pieces; set aside. Cream butter, brown sugar and orange peel together. Beat in egg and peaches. Mix flour, baking soda, ginger, allspice, cinnamon. Add to first mixture. Stir in raisins and nuts. Spread in greased 15x10 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool in pan. Cut into squares.
