PEPPER STEAK 
2 lb. steak, cut into small strips
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
1 sm. jar pimentos, chopped
1 lg. jar mushrooms

Cook meat until tender; add onion, green pepper and pimento. Add 2 can of beef or 1 cup of white wine. Add flour to make thin gravy. Add 1 large jar mushrooms. Serve over noodles or rice.
