RICE PILAF 
3 to 4 pieces of uncooked vermicelli
1 1/2 c. uncooked long grain rice
3 c. Swansons chicken stock add water to make 3 cups
1/2 cube butter
1 to 2 cloves garlic, crushed
Pepper

Brown the vermicelli in the butter. Add the rice and brown lightly. Add the garlic and stir well. Then slowly add the chicken stock. Pepper the top of the rice and stock well. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven about 45 to 50 minutes; fluff before serving.
