PUMPKIN CUPCAKES 
CUPCAKES:

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. solid pack pumpkin
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract

ORANGE-COLORED GLAZE:

1 1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1-2 tbsp. milk
6 drops yellow food coloring
3 drops red food coloring

GARNISH:

Orange-colore d sprinkles
Chocolate sprinkles
Gummy bears
Gum drops or corn candies (optional)

In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg and salt; set aside. In small bowl, beat eggs. Stir in pumpkin, oil and vanilla. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients; mix well. Spoon batter into 12 greased or paper lined muffin cups, filling 3/4 full. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes, or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pan; cool on wire rack. Spread with glaze when cooled; garnish as desired.

For glaze: In small bowl, combine powdered sugar, butter and milk until glaze consistency. Add food coloring to tint; garnish if desired. Let stand until set.
