BUTTER VEGGIES 
2 c. cubed zucchini
1/4 c. melted butter
10 oz. cooked peas
1/2 c. celery slices
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. crushed oregano leaves
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Saute vegetables in butter and seasoning for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Sprinkle with cheese. Yields 6 servings.
