MIXED VEGETABLE WITH SHALLOT
BUTTER
 
1 lb. carrots, cut julienne
1 lb. zucchini, cut julienne
1/2 head broccoli florets
1/2 head cauliflower florets
4 shallot bulbs, minced
1/2 lb. butter

Steam cauliflower, carrots, and broccoli separately. Saute zucchini in non-stick pan with shallots and butter. Add steamed veggies and serve.
