ONIONS AND GREEN PEPPERS 
1-2 green peppers
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 lb. sm. cooked onions
Salt and pepper

Cut peppers in half and remove seeds, slice and saute in butter. Stir in flour; add milk and cook until thick. Add onions. Heat slowly and season to taste with salt and pepper.
