1 (18 oz.) can refried beans
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 lb. hamburger meat, browned and drained
1 sm. onion, sliced or chopped
1 1/2 c. (or to taste) picante sauce
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Avocado slices (optional)
Tortillas
Sour cream

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix first two ingredients together and spread in bottom of a 13 inch pan and halfway up sides. Layer next five ingredients in order. Bake 30 minutes. Serve with warmed tortillas and sour cream. Can serve 10 people, if your family doesn't act like mine!
