EASY PEASY CROCK-POT PORK ROAST | |
3-4 lb pork roast (or two 2 lb. roasts) 2 medium onions, quartered 3 stalks celery, chopped in 1-inch pieces 1 lb. bag baby carrots 1 lb. baby red potatoes, cut in half 1 (10 oz.) can Campbell's French onion soup 1 (10 oz.) can Campbell's beef consomme 1 env. dry French onion soup mix (Lipton) 1 tsp. black pepper 1 tbsp. minced garlic Layer onions and 1/2 of celery on bottom of Crock-Pot. Place roast on top of onions and celery. Place carrots, potatoes and remaining celery on top and around roast. In a mixing bowl, whisk together both soups, dry onion soup mix, pepper and garlic, then pour over everything. Cook on LOW for 8 to 9 hours or HIGH for 5 to 6 hours. Enjoy! Submitted by: D. DeJohn |
