MAFIA OYSTERS 
Butter large oven proof platter. Chop 2 cloves garlic and cook, stir for a few seconds in 4 tablespoons melted butter. Add 1 1/2 cups fresh bread crumbs and stir - cook until golden.

Remove from heat. Toss in 2 tablespoons chopped parsley. Spread half of crumbs over bottom of platter.

Place 1 pint of oysters on top of crumbs. Stir 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese into remaining crumbs, and scatter on top of the oysters.

Dot with butter and cook 10 to 15 minutes in a 450 degree oven until dark golden. Very good!
