CHILI-ROAST CHICKEN 
1/2 c. plain low fat yogurt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce or to taste
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 roasting chicken (about 3 to 3 1/2 lbs.), quartered

In a large glass baking dish, mix together yogurt, cinnamon, chili powder, hot pepper sauce and garlic. Then add chicken and coat with marinade. Cover the dish tightly and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
