MEXICAN SALAD 
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1 c. Minute rice, cooked
1 head lettuce, shredded
2 tomatoes, diced
2 tbsp. butter
1 sm. pkg. Fritos
1 onion, diced
1 (No. 303) can chili beans

Melt cheese and butter. Add all ingredients in order listed. Serve at once.
