CHICKEN TORTILLA DUMPLINGS 
Stew 1 chicken and salt. Remove from bones; set aside. Heat broth to boiling. add cut up tortillas, 10 to 12 depending on size. Cook 10 to 15 minutes then add cream of chicken or mushroom soup. Add chicken and heat to simmering. Cook 10 to 15 minutes. This is an easy way to make dumplings. Serves a large group.
