Start of by grating pepper jack cheese then apply taco bell hot sauce (or your choice of hot sauce) to your tostada. Make sure to cover but not drench then sprinkle pepper jack cheese as desired.

Place on cooking sheet and broil for 1 to 2 minutes till cheese is melted. Make sure to keep a close eye since it will cook fast.

When finished cut and apply more hot sauce if desired. I prefer tapatio.
