PINEAPPLE CREAM CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, in own juice
1 c. nuts (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat by hand, bake in greased 9 x 13 inch pan approximately 35 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING:

1 stick softened butter
1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat together and spread over cooled cake. Sprinkle with nuts. Store cake in refrigerator.
