PINEAPPLE CREAM CAKE 
2 eggs
1/2 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
2 c. all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (do not drain)

Blend eggs, shortening and sugar until creamy. Sift together flour, soda, salt and add to cream mixture. Add pineapple, not drained, to mixture. Mix well and bake at 350 degrees in well greased and floured pan, for 35 to 40 minutes. Use cream cheese frosting.
