PINEAPPLE CREAM CHEESE COFFEE
CAKE
 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. butter
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
4 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1 egg white, slightly beaten

FILLING:

1 lb. cream cheese
1 egg
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

TOP:

1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
Chopped nuts

Dissolve yeast in milk and add sugar. Set aside. Mix together flour and butter (like for pie crust). Add beaten egg yolks to yeast mix and stir well. Combine flour mixture and yeast mixture. After mixing well, divide dough in half. Roll each half to fit 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking pan. Line bottom of pan with 1/2 of dough.
