CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 fryer or hen
1 onion, chopped
1 lb. sharp cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. lg. egg noodles
Ritz cracker crumbs

Boil chicken; remove bones. Cut into pieces; add chopped onions and noodles to broth (that chicken was boiled in). Cook until noodles are done; add cheese, soup, and chicken. Stir until cheese is melted. Pour into casserole dish. Top with crushed cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. This makes 2 medium casseroles and you can freeze one.
