4 lg. tubes country buttermilk biscuits 1 c. sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 stick butter 1 c. brown sugar Grease Bundt pan (or angel food cake pan) well with shortening (all over). Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Break apart each tube of biscuits; quarter them and roll into balls; add to cinnamon/sugar mixture to coat and drop into pan, evenly spaced. Pour remaining cinnamon/sugar mixture over top. Boil butter and brown sugar for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour over top of all balls in Bundt pan. Put Bundt pan on cookie sheet and bake in 350 degree oven for 60 minutes. Cover top with aluminum foil for 30 minutes and then uncover. Invert onto dish immediately. |
