CHOCOLATE DELIGHT 
1 c. flour
6 tbsp. butter, melted
3/4 c. nuts, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
3/4 lg. Cool Whip
2 lg. pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
5 1/2 c. milk

Mix flour, melted butter and nuts. Spread in 9 x 13 inch baking dish and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Mix cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip and spread on top of cooled crust. Mix chocolate pudding and milk and pour on top of the Cool Whip mixture. (Vanilla pudding and fresh strawberries or raspberries can be substituted for the chocolate pudding.)
