CHICKEN SALAD 
2 lbs. chicken breasts
1 sm. jar mayonnaise
4 big potatoes
3 big pickles
1 stick carrot
3 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 can green peas
Dash of salt and pepper

Cook the chicken and potatoes. Chop the potatoes, chicken, pickles and carrot. Drain the peas. Then mix them all together. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. It is ready to serve!
