BOLOGNA SANDWICH
Buy some ham or bologna (one pack) and some bread (one loaf) and buy a little jar of mustard. Then you make yourself a bologna sandwich. Put the bread down on the table, put the bologna on it. Spread the mustard on the bologna. Put another piece of bread on the bologna, then eat it with some milk. Then clean up.

Bologna sandwich is the most fattening sandwich that there is. If you ever seen bologna being made you would never eat it! They use all the scraps of meat and put it in to bologna. It is artery cloggers. I know, I've seen them make it.

I never had bologna as a child, I was deprived...As were my children. But I baby sat and one of the kids ate bologna and jelly (grape) almost daily. The combination makes me cringe, even 40 years later.

I have to tell you that this is one of my absolute favorite foods in the world... I know I am so cheap to keep... but seriously folks, I adore this same sandwich, only with mustard on one side and mayo on the other. I really like to use some nice cheddar cheese to boot. But the real kicker is when I put Lays and only Lays potato chips in the middle of the sandwich... This is soo very good and worth trying at least once! A couple slices of real soft fresh bread only adds to the whole wonderful experience! Mmmmm Enjoy!

When I was a kid both my parents worked all the time so I had to cook for myself. Here is what I did with (boloney) as we always pronounced it!! Mix equal parts of Dukes mayo and ketchup, then lather piece of bread with it then boloney then slice of cheese (any kind) then top with another lathered slice, lather the top of the sandwich with mixture then repeat boloney, cheese, another slice of lathered bread heat oven to 350°F, brush with melted margarine then place on pan in oven, watch closely it will toast fast!! I called it Jerrys special sandwich. My little sisters begged me to cook it daily. ENJOY Country style Big Mac!!!

I changed this just a little. On a slice of bread, spread miracle whip. Add a couple drops, or to taste, hot sauce. Spread the sauce in with the Miracle whip. Then add a slice of Bologna topped with a slice of bread. This is very good. Sometimes I add a slice of pickle.

this is an amazing recipe, BUT... Here is a little switch up.. #1 White Bread, #2 Bologna (Oscar Meyer is the BEST), #3 Miracle whip, #4 CHIPS!!! Doesn't Matter what kind, Dorito's, Lays, Salt n Vinegar, Plain, Hot Fries... That my friends is the kicker and really make the sandwich THE BEST BOLOGNA DANDWICH EVER. (You can also add onions, pickles, lettuce, tomato's. YUMMMY)

When I was little, I would spend the night with my grandmother. My grandfather worked late, and I would hear him come home. So when he came in the house, I would get up and we would sit around the kitchen table, and he would get the bologna out and some american cheese. He would take a piece of bologna and lay the slice of cheese on it. ROLL it up and eat! I still do that today if I just want a little snack. He passed away 10 months ago and I think of him everyday. GREAT MEMORIES!!!
