SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 c. milk
1 c. self-rising flour
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Mix and pour into a buttered casserole dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Options: 2 packages frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained or at least 4 cups zucchini, uncooked.

This is a casserole that was given to me by my sister-in-law that my whole family enjoys.
