BEANS WITH TUNA SALAD | |
1 (#2) can white or red kidney beans 2 tbsp. olive or salad oil 2 tbsp. fresh, frozen or canned lemon juice 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. salt 1 can solid pack tuna Thin slices of red onion In bowl, combine drained beans, oil, lemon juice, pepper, and salt. Add tuna, broken into large chunks. Toss lightly; then refrigerate until served. Garnish with onion slices. Makes 4 servings. |
