MACARONI CASSEROLE 
1 3/4 c. elbow macaroni, cooked in salted water
1 egg, beaten
1 pt. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Lowery's seasoning salt (optional)
Beaumont (optional)
1 tbsp. onion, grated fine

Mix all ingredients together. Place in buttered casserole, top with butter and a little paprika.
