CHICKEN DIVAN 
10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli spears
4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise (Hellman's)
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter, melted
Salt and pepper for taste

Boil breasts 45 minutes. Remove skin and bones. Cook broccoli according to package. Drain. Place in casserole dish. Place chicken pieces over broccoli. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and pour over chicken. Lightly toss bread crumbs with melted butter. Top casserole with bread cubes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. This can be prepared the night before and cook the next day.
