1 med. onion 1 med. green pepper 6 garlic cloves or salt 2 chicken bouillon cubes 1 1/2 c. frozen mixed vegetables 1 1/2 c. rice 1 1/2 c. water 1 pkg. Goya saffron 1 tbsp. vegetable oil Salt (optional) Chop onion, garlic and green pepper in food processor. Place in a pan with vegetable oil and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Add water with the packet of saffron seasoning and chicken bouillon. Cook until bouillon blends in. Add the rest of the ingredients and let rise cooking until it is fluffy. Serve with fried chicken. |
