ARROZ CON LECHE (RICE WITH MILK
PUDDING)
 
1 1/2 quarts water (6 cups)
1 (2-inch) cinnamon stick
2 cups rice
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 cup sugar (or less)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup raisins

Bring water to a boil with cinnamon sticks. Add rice. When done, add the milks and sugar (to taste). Stir well. Add vanilla and raisins. Cook to boiling point and remove from heat.
