ONION PIE 
1 c. fine crumbled Ritz crackers
1/2 stick butter

Make crust and bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.

2 c. thinly sliced Vidalia onions
1/4 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. Scramblers (egg substitute)
3/4 c. milk
Salt, pepper & paprika

Add onions to crust. Dot with cheese and butter. Pour milk and egg mixture over onions. Bake until firm at 350 degrees, 35 to 45 minutes.
