1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. white sugar
4 c. flour plus 4 tbsp.
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. butter
1 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix first 5 ingredients. Add flour mixture and all other ingredients. Chill. Roll in small balls the size of a walnut. Put on cookie sheet.

Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 375°F.

Makes about 100 cookies.
